Canoe Tree Press works with no more than 120 publishing projects annually, allowing our team to provide each author with professional, hands-on support throughout the production and publishing process. All manuscripts must also meet DartFrog's authorship standards, including documentation demonstrating the development of the work over time.

All manuscripts are evaluated for readiness. If a manuscript is accepted and the author chooses to proceed, our editorial team does a full proofread. 

Your book receives a fully custom interior layout for both print and ebook editions. The final result reflects the typography, spacing, and readability standards of traditional publishing.

Every Canoe Tree cover is designed by DartFrog's in-house designer, who provides several initial concepts to choose from. We do not limit revisions, as we are committed to producing the best design for the book. 

We refine your back cover copy and author bio to professional publishing standards and manage all metadata for retail platforms. Canoe Tree authors provide their own ISBNs. 

Your book is made globally available in print and digital formats, with the option to choose between print-on-demand or offset printing with warehouse and distribution management. In either case, authors retain 100% of royalties and all publishing rights.

Throughout the publishing process, you work directly with the DartFrog team members leading each stage of production—from editing and design to marketing and publication. Each specialist oversees their area of expertise while coordinating with the rest of the team to keep your project moving forward.
